Terms of sale
These terms and conditions accompany our microchip registration form and refer to your name, the dog purchased, and the price agreed.
The customer agrees to pay the purchase price for the dog detailed from Theodorables and Co. Your new dog has been checked by our vet and received their first vaccination (minimum). You must arrange follow-up visits to your vet for all future vaccinations at your own expense.
You have 72 hours from purchase to take your dog to the vet of your choice for a health check, at your own expense.
The dog is sold as a family pet, not for show quality or breeding purposes. We recommend desexing at approximately 6 months of age, or as advised by your vet, at your own expense.
The buyer agrees to provide a lifelong commitment: a comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, adequate exercise, proper grooming, parasite-free care, and good quality professional food with fresh water at all times.
7-day cooling-off period
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period beginning the day you take possession of your puppy.
- Return within days 1–3: 75% refund of purchase price.
- Return within days 4–7: 50% refund.
Returns are by prior agreement only. The puppy must be returned in perfect health to Theodorables and Co. at our specified location, at the buyer's expense, with all documentation and vaccination certificates. Our vet will assess the puppy on return.
These terms account for veterinary health checks, a mandatory 2-week quarantine period, and expenses related to re-advertising the puppy.
Liability
The breeder assumes no liability for injury to the dog after collection or while on 3rd-party transport. We take no responsibility for council registration fees — this is the new owner's responsibility under local regulations.
